Everyone learns differently. Some prefer reading and some prefer watching. The best is if you can read, listen and watch and then actually try it yourself.
Personally, I like doing all of these. These resources incorporate the different modalities of learning.
There are a lot of books out there on healthy eating and diet plans, but the videos and ebooks together really allow you to see how the recipes are made and see me talk about healthy eating and read about it, too.
