You can make your own plant-based milks at home so easily! This one is a combination of sunflower and hemp seeds for a boost of zinc, selenium, and omega-3.
There are so many choices out there in stores for non-dairy milks, but sometimes it’s nice to know you can make your own at home in minutes!
Sunflower seeds are one of the foods that I eat every day, because it’s difficult to get enough selenium, which is important for your immune system, as well as healthy hair, skin, and nails.
