It’s important to look at the ingredients in whatever you buy to make sure there aren’t unhealthy things hiding around something we assume to be healthy.

Do-It-Yourself Healthy Muesli Recipe

Ingredients
- Rolled oats
- Rolled spelt
- Puffed Kamut
- Sunflower seeds
- Almonds
- Raisins
- Dried figs
- Unsweetened coconut
- Chocolate chips
- Cinnamon
Directions
- Put all of the ingredients in a container or bag and shake. Have it with non-dairy milk, pure fruit juice, applesauce or non-dairy yogurt.
