Ingredients
- 1 tsp nut/seed butter, bean dip or avocado
- 1 rice cake
- Pinch salt and pepper
- Lettuce, spinach, sliced cucumber, tomato, zucchini or any other leafy green or fresh veggie
Directions
- Smear some nut/seed butter, bean dip or avocado onto a rice cake. Sprinkle with a bit of salt and pepper if you want, then top it with a piece of lettuce or some sliced veggies.
