JL’s Avo-Cherry Milkshake Smoothie

Makes 1 large smoothie
Ingredients
- water (about a cup)
- two handfuls baby spinach
- 1 banana
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup frozen dark cherries
- 2 tablespoons flax seed
- 1 – 2 cups ice
- Almond milk, as needed
