Lisa’s Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie
Prep time:
Makes 1 large smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 tsp – 1 TBSP coconut oil
- 1 Medjool date
- 1 TBSP raisins
- 3 TBSP rolled oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla seed powder (or a splash of extract)
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 banana, peeled and frozen
Directions
- About an half an hour before you’re ready to enjoy your smoothie add all of the ingredients to your blender (except the banana) and let them soften. You can even prep this before you head to bed and then just add the banana in the morning. Blend until smooth.
