Makes 1 big smoothie

Ingredients
- banana
- blueberries
- romaine lettuce
- hemp seeds
- chia seeds
- maca powder
- maqui berry powder
- water
- ice (optional)
- rolled oats, almond butter or vegan protein powder (optional)
Directions
- Put everything in a blender and puree until smooth!
