Ricki’s Smooth Operator Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 ml) kale, spinach, or romaine lettuce leaves
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) baked sweet potato or cooked squash, mashed or pureed
- 1 cup (240 ml) allowed alternative milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) ground flaxseeds, or 2 teaspoons (10 ml) ground chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) ground ginger, or 1 teaspoon (5 ml) grated fresh
- 15 to 25 drops plain or vanilla pure liquid stevia, or to taste
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) raw shelled hemp seeds (hemp hearts) or pumpkin seeds
- 2 to 3 teaspoons (10 to 15 ml) freshly squeezed lime juice, to taste
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) ice (optional)
