This is the healthiest chocolate pudding ever! It’s based on banana and cocoa powder, and has ground flax for an omega-3 boost.
I spiced mine with some gingerbread flavor (ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and molasses), but you can make this pudding with any different flavors you like – or just straight up chocolate.

I love the flavor of molasses with chocolate for some reason, and it has lots of iron and B vitamins.
I also find molasses is a flavor that works really well with hemp protein. Mine is very fibrous, which is fantastic for getting a fiber boost, but can be tricky to find ways to incorporate it.
If you want, you can chill the pudding before serving. Try topping it off with some sunflower seeds, chopped almonds, coconut or whatever else you like.
