Ingredients
Orange Slices With Cinnamon
- 1 orange, peeled and sliced
- Pinch cinnamon
Lay the orange slices out on a plate and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Simple Blueberry Jam
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 Tbsp ground flax or chia seeds(optional)
Puree or mash the blueberries a bit. You can eat them as is, or make them thicker to use like a jam. You can either cook them on the stove for a little while (don’t use a lid, so that some of the water evaporates) or stir in a bit of ground flax to thicken.
Chocolate Pudding
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup non-dairy milk or water
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder (or carob)
Put everything in a blender and puree until smooth. You can also mash the banana with a fork, and mix in the cocoa, but it won’t get as smooth as blending.
