Exercise Plans

Healthy eating and exercise go hand in hand. It’s not necessary, but if you want to add some activity to your program, there’s an exercise plan laid out for the week.

The exercise plan is set up at 3 levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. You won’t need any equipment, this is all at-home workouts (with videos!), whatever type of cardio you enjoy, and yoga.
