You can find free meal plans online, but the downside is that they’re thrown together as more of a collection of recipes, without always thinking about making your week manageable for food prep and balanced in terms of nutrition. I spend months designing my plans, ingredient by ingredient, meal by meal.
I’ve spent a huge amount of time planning out the meals and days to make sure this is a nutritionally-balanced plan so that you don’t have to worry about any of that.
I think about how much of an avocado you use in one meal so that I make sure to use the rest in another. I try to make sure you won’t waste any food, and I try to make the recipes for any given week as coordinated as possible so that you don’t have a million different things on your grocery list.
This meal plan is not for people who want to pull a bunch of recipes together to make their own meal plan, or for people who want to experiment with elaborate dishes every night. It’s for people who want a plan that’s been designed very deliberately with nutrient balance, grocery shopping and easy preparation in mind.
