A couple of years ago, when I was tired of having low energy and a general feeling of suboptimal health, I decided to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist.
That required reading a lot of books and articles, which was really cool, but I really wanted to meet some experts working in the field to learn from them directly. Now I have an opportunity to do that, and I want you to have the chance to join me!
The Better Health Summit was a free online video event that took place on Saturday and Sunday, March 17-18, 2012.
I interviewed 14 nutrition, cooking and exercise experts to show you the most important things you need to know in order to boost your energy, combat illness and live a long, healthy life.
On both days, I hosted interviews with these experts. Most of the interviews are 15 or so minutes long. You don’t need anything special to watch. If you can watch YouTube videos, you can watch these.
