Anti-Candida Diet Key Points
- Symptoms of candida overgrowth: intense sugar/refined carb cravings, foggy/fuzzy thinking, recurrent vaginal yeast infections (that one for women only ;)).
- It’s really important to make sure you’ve completely gotten over a candida overgrowth before easing back on your diet. For someone who’s had a candida overgrowth before, having a recurrence is more likely, and each time it happens it gets worse.
- Anti-candida diet food list to avoid: sugars, sweet fruit (most fruits for the first month or so), moldy foods, fermented foods, yeasts and often gluten. Anti-candida supplements: blend of herbals and nutrients to kill candida, and probiotics to repopulate the good bacteria.
