So that’s what I do. Lots more resources for healthy eating to come, but I think I’m doing pretty well so far! It’s difficult for me because I have so many ideas in my head for things that I’d like to do, but I only have so much time in the day. I’m a one-woman show without the funds to hire an assistant to help with the million things I would like to make happen.
