Week 1: Nourishing your body + foods to emphasize

You’re going to learn in depth about the underlying causes of fatigue and how to break through it, so you can jump out of bed in the morning without hitting the snooze button several times. Week 2: Preventing the afternoon crash + foods to avoid

You’ll learn foods to avoid, specifically for you to boost energy. And EXACTLY what to have on hand to boost the energy in the afternoon to avoid the crash or rebound from it. You’ll also learn the dangers and side effects of fatigue – what it does to the body and brain. And WHY it’s SO important to break through the fatigue for good.

Week 3: Nutritional supplements to cure fatigue

SUCH a simple daily routine to more energy that is doable with a full time job and often irregular and long working hours. This will set you up to be able to have the energy to start exercising again.

Week 4: Stress, Sleep, Exercise

This is also the start of you having a social life again, being able to play with your kids or go out with friends after work – and getting your life back. You’ll learn how to get over the “home after long day at work” fatigue. Also, how to get a single guaranteed energy burst when you need it, and simple techniques just to feel better and stay motivated.
